Pros
Other guys in warehouse are cool. Most FSE’s are cool. Pay is better than most. About 2% of the office is ok to work with.
Cons
Pretty much being employed there. NO training. You’re expected to others jobs because they are too incompetent. Management doesn’t listen to your opinion even when they ask you for it. They don’t hold anyone accountable for their actions. They are definitely favorable to the one or two employees in their group. All they really care about are the numbers for their department so they can get their bonus. They waste a ton of time in meetings that make no difference. They don’t respect employees time. They preach work-life balance yet there is not a balance. Work only. HR is a joke. They don’t help anyone unless they are a certain race. Only employees that get their nose brown will do well.
