Pros
Some of the most genuine, down to earth people you will work with. Always willing to help you out. The community on the floor is fantastic, and moving around and meeting new people is always interesting. The benefits are very good, even for entry-level positions.
Cons
Very strict lunch and break policy. You will often be moved around inside of departments whether you want to or not. The company gives tours to potential customers very often, sometimes twice a week. It makes you feel like you work in a fish tank, and its not rare for upper management to watch you. Pay is not the best. Not much chance to move up unless you are from Germany.
