Pros

Working environment are pretty good. Small kitchen and lots of fruit and snack all day. People are nice. Lots of challenge during work and really learnt a lot.

Cons

can't think out one yet...But this requires 20 word minimum. I guess now its 20 words

Pros

A lot of good people, interesting product, room to learn lots with no rigid boundaries between departments and positions. Fairly frequent company bbqs and other events, and a kitchen that is always stocked.

Cons

Management is unstable, can be dishonest, with some fragile egos. Poor direction, lack of communication, and unrealistic expectations. Low salaries all around with an unwritten expectation to work far more hours than you are officially billed for. Personally, I was made a couple promises in regards to wage increase and hours billed which were later completely disregarded. I made the mistake of not getting them on paper at the time.

I agree, our people are the best! We have a lot going for us. I really appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. The cons list are not fun for me to read. It's hard to accept the negative along with the positive, but this is an opportunity for us to improve our employee experience, so I hope you’ll take just a few more minutes on us. What you’re briefly describing seems like a major failure in clearly laying out performance expectations, perhaps on both sides.
