The workplace is homophobic and some of the emails/pictures other techs/Truman will send around are extremely offensive. "IT Management," is just the most senior person there not the most technical or skilled at management. Sales will sell things the technical staff can't provide/doesn't know how too do. Worst of all he LIES to customers and is quite dishonest; this practice shows in the declining client base. Having to lie to a client, for fear of loosing your job, makes for a BAD work environment.
