      Pros

      At TRPC you feel about job security, it having good environment, always give necessary product knowledge to employees, company having lots of employee benift programs, it is good place to work.

      Cons

      The job is quite interesting i am the only one person who handle every this other than sales like operation, finance and admin

      Pros

      Cant really complain about anything, if you did what was expected of you it was rewarded. Other than that it is a pretty standard environment--but really, it is noticed when you pull your weight--good.

      Cons

      Sometimes it was difficult to get in touch with people. Really wasn't a bad experience, Id work there again. Sometimes work would pile up if not everyone pulled there weight.

      I loved my co-workers but management made for a terrible experience

      Cons

      Terrible management and leadership; toxic work culture and they prey on expats in Singapore so beware!
