      Pros

      Friendly environment, fantastic clients and wide variety of work. The MD leads the agency as a friend to all and she has great vision for the company. A testament to it's culture is the amount of 'boomerangs' as they are called at TRO - people that leave and then come back.

      Cons

      Sometimes hard to receive recognition unless you have a loud personality.

      A lot of opportunities to learn a large variety of marketing skill sets including email, video, ads, and SEO.

      Cons

      Smaller agency, so not a lot of upward mobility.
