      Pros

      TRM offers an in-detail bespoke training structure which you can truly learn from and develop at your own pace. The incentives of the business are great, including flexible working hours, gym memberships and up to 4 company incentive trips a year. Spain, Netherlands etc, although hard-work and effort is needed to hit the target. The commission structure is very good with high earning potential, even within the first 6-8 months. The hours are not extreme with 8:30 - 6 and 9 - 3 on Fridays. Socially, it is a social company with after work drinks on Thursdays and Fridays, Days out, abroad Christmas parties etc.

      Cons

      The one thing I can think of that could be seen as a "con" in some eyes is the standards of the business and attention to detail. It is a fun place to work but must be very hard-working.

As for the incentives and the early Friday finish – I agree, I hope we continue to go away as a company, Madrid will certainly live long in the memory! I think you raise a valid point in terms of standards. One of the reasons we started the company was because we felt that candidates , and graduates in particular, weren’t treated well enough ,and clients also received a poor services far too often. We’ve certainly always aimed to be best in class in these areas, however we can always do better, and at times I don’t think we have always delivered what this looks like internally well enough, so a definite area of improvement for us. Thanks again for sharing your feedback, I hope we continue to deliver for you.

      Pros

      TRM is a great environment to work in where every member, regardless of experience, is willing to help and support each other. Learning and development was thorough and personalised, depending on areas I was struggling with and I was given full commitment from management for my training (using both internal and external resources). The culture is friendly and collaborative where everyone's opinions are heard from day 1 of joining. People are well rewarded for their hard work and given responsibilities that, in my opinion, very few companies are willing to give at such early stages. I will look back at my time at TRM Recruitment with fond memories and would highly recommend them to anyone considering going into recruitment.

      Pros

      Really supportive environment, working within a great team. Progression routes are clearly mapped out and there are lots of fun incentives to work towards. The culture is great and all of the team are really well looked after, you'll always be supported. All employees are encouraged to contribute and share their thoughts and opinions, to help shape the business. In return, you'll receive consistent feedback and encouragement surrounding your performance and achievements.
