Pros

* Company hits its revenue goals every quarter * Less than 5% of the company is meh, super high bar * great benefits, especially considering the company is series B (eg- 4.5 months parental leave, fertility benefits, etc)

Cons

* TRM Speed- the reviews are not lying, the expectations for how quickly to move, and the workload, are very intense here. Not 70 hours as one review put it, but a real 45-60 hours consistently. Definitely not for everyone. I have young kids and it is hard. But at early Netflix, Coinbase, Amazon, the cultures (workload and intensity) were similar. Its not a coincidence that that our company has continued to overachieve its targets, even in this macroeconomic environment. I think the company should be more upfront to people who are considering joining that it is a more intense work culture, the bar is very high, and this probably wont be a 6-10 year career, but rather 2-4 intense years, and then you'll mostly likely want or need a break.

Pros

- Extremely high talent density, you are surrounded by peers that challenge you to be better daily. - Endless opportunity for staying on top of AI and using it for actual business impact. This company gives the entire org (technical and non technical) access to the best tools on the market and is constantly bringing new things in. - Being able to experiment with new ways of doing things is something that is pushed by leadership and highly valued. - If you are someone that thrives in an environment of high personal ownership, and being able to feel how your work directly impacts customers then you will love working here. If you are looking for a place that you will actually learn and develop skills that will push you further in your career then this is the place for you. If you are looking to just coast by and collect a check then this is not the right environment for you.

Cons

- Work life balance could be better, but this is an extremely high growth startup, you know what you are getting into for the upside. - Must be okay with working at a very international company, you will have some coworkers / stakeholders that operate on completely opposite timezones as you do and understand that sometimes you will need to accommodate that

Pros

- Impact-driven culture — performance is judged by outcomes, not hours - Every team focuses on outcomes rather than energy spent - High hiring bar, so you work with strong colleagues - Remote-first and internationally distributed, which gives real flexibility - Tackling novel problems that haven't been solved before - Mission matters — the work has real-world consequences - Pushback is possible; concerns about workload can be raised and heard - Competing meaningfully in a market dominated by a few large players

Cons

- Work-life balance can be challenging given the pace and ambition - Some teams are more fun to work on than others, depending on scope and dynamics - Operating in an aggressive, fast-moving space means sustained pressure - Startup territory means ambiguity — you're often defining the path as you go - Leadership quality varies (as it does in any organization) - AI-driven environment demands constant adaptation; not everyone thrives in that mode
