Pros

When you can't speak up, think freely, or share ideas without fear, it's impossible to feel any positivity. I certainly didn't find any here.

Cons

-The attitude of the leadership was awful. Management was stubborn, outdated, and completely unwilling to change. -f anyone brought forward new ideas, leadership blamed that person for every problem that surfaced around that time and pushed them out. -It created constant stress and fear among other employees. -Things became so miserable that employees stopped speaking up altogether. -Now, everyone just sits there nodding along in this dreadful workplace.

I came into this role with basic electronics knowledge and learned much more than I expected. Practical experience - assembling and testing different electronic components. Taking skills to the next level. More confident reading technical documentation and following detailed assembly requirements. The experience has helped me improve both my accuracy and attention to detail.

Cons

Production targets can create pressure when complex assemblies take longer than expected.
