10yI'm sorry that your experience at TRL Systems has not been a satisfactory one. We are dedicated to finding a happy, healthy work-family life balance for all of our employees, which is why we reinvest so much into our family events, vacation and holiday pay, and family/school event leave.
We're also committed to cultivating long-lasting relationships with our employees through offering professional development and industry training so you have the tools to move onward and upward with your career. While we've never held monthly job fairs, we do take recruitment efforts very seriously, as hiring the best candidates and the best culture fits is incredibly important to our mutual success as a team.
