Wealth of talented, experienced technicians to work with and learn from. The CMMS is very useful for tracking active tickets and reviewing previous work done.
Cons
Corporate keeps updating the CMMS, changing the required documentation needed for ticket completion which puts a huge burden on the technicians spending time trying to figure out the changes.
