Work life balance, some good coworkers

Upper managment were hostile to workers and made promises to customers that were not attainable and only if it would make them money. The upper managment would target a person they didn’t like and hammer them for issues that all techs struggled with. If you brought up the fact that other techs were having the same issue they would dismiss you and say things like we are talking about you not others. The decisions were made in what appeared to be only motivated by milking money from the customers and not what is in the best interest of the customer all the while claiming to save them money. With that atmosphere and treatment of customers the customer it’s no surprise that the contract was lost with the customer.

Culture is critical to any organization, and TRIMEDX is intentional about promoting an environment of continuous improvement. The last few years has brought incredible growth for us as an organization and we are committed to high standards of ethical, moral, and legal business conduct across the entire organization. We encourage all associates to talk to their leaders about concerns to better to work towards a positive resolution and to help understand the reason related to decisions. The HR team is also available to discuss concerns from associates. We want our associates and leaders to have a practice of regular communication. Additionally, we provide opportunities through our associate engagement survey, confidential hotline reporting and our HR team for associates to have an avenue to confidentially provide feedback. Many recent changes within the organization like, tools, technology and processes were made in response to feedback and ideas submitted by our associates via our TRIMEDX Ideas Program (TIPS). Our TIPS program has engagement from a cross functional group of associates including technicians who work together to deliver the best solution to help us continually improve in the organization. We make every effort to support each of our associates in career growth at TRIMEDX and we have a focus on development. We work with our customers to deliver the TRIMEDX program and listen to their feedback through our Voice of the Customer survey.

Site manager had no supervision skills and a bad attitude. Continuously spread drama between employees, discussed salaries between technicians. Gave annual and biannual performance reviews but promotions and raises were not based on performance. Raises were biased and to employees favored by site manager. Empty promises to retain employees. No standards and a concerning tolerance for laziness in which work was passed off to more productive employees. Lead technicians were given tasks of supervising lazy employees and asked to deal with it. Ultimately making non-supervision compensated employees responsible for their actions. Supervisors had very concerning language and profanity to technician's. All is all, could be a great job but management and lack of support from HR makes it a hostile work environment. Lack of training, asked to complete maintenance and repairs on equipment without proper training. No opportunities for advancement within the company.
