Pros
Working at TRIMEDX gave me a chance to build valuable technical and leadership skills in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. I enjoyed the teamwork, the trust to travel independently, and the satisfaction of seeing real progress when our inventory and data accuracy improved. The experience made me stronger in communication, problem solving, and time management. There are a lot of talented people doing their best every day, and I appreciated the exposure to hospital systems and technical validation work.
Cons
Advancement can be difficult, especially when you consistently take on leadership responsibilities without official recognition or promotion. Sometimes it felt like the effort to repair team morale and deliver results was valued in the moment but not rewarded long-term.
