Whilst the company promotes diversity and inclusion this isnt shown in the team, there are inconsistencies in how team members are treated, and a lack of a dedicated hr department.

- Culture is impeccable, they give people the room to fail and grow whilst retaining a positive work culture. - They invest with trust early, if you abuse that trust then I'm sure that goes but honestly it means people feel comfortable to take leaps of faith. - They have non-alcoholic events for team members as well as those with people who like a drink. - Inclusive flexible hours for parents and people with family requirements. - Commission plan is insanely good.

- Would love to have Private Medical Insurances.
