      - Fantastic working environment - Team work! We work towards team incentive targets which breeds a friendly attitude to recruitment - We have an office dog - Great earning potential, even from your first year - Training and development is paramount with management - Very social and humorous bunch to work with

      Small office (at the moment!) - Moving to brand new office in 2019

      Pros

      - Culture is impeccable, they give people the room to fail and grow whilst retaining a positive work culture. - They invest with trust early, if you abuse that trust then I'm sure that goes but honestly it means people feel comfortable to take leaps of faith. - They have non-alcoholic events for team members as well as those with people who like a drink. - Inclusive flexible hours for parents and people with family requirements. - Commission plan is insanely good.

      - Would love to have Private Medical Insurances.
