Pros

Despite challenges related to an inconsistent workflow and frequent interruptions, I focused on maintaining a solution-oriented approach and learned how to manage distractions while staying organized.

Cons

While I was eager to contribute meaningfully, the role was impacted by ongoing distractions, frequent interruptions, and a lack of defined workflows. Despite my attempts to stay on task and bring clarity to my responsibilities, the broader atmosphere—marked by inconsistent priorities and a lack of professional grounding—prevented sustained productivity or alignment with core objectives.

Pros

- not micromanaged - lunches and snacks for employees -pay rate for job

Cons

-They advertise on indeed with benefits but don’t tell you that you’re actually not hired through the company but a recruitment agency. I had to find out this information after being hired and working this wasn’t disclosed during the interview.. basically your are hired through the agency with a 90 day probation period to maybe get hired on and go through another 90 day probation period with the actual company. This isn’t advertised on indeed, on indeed it’s as if your are applying directly to the company -high employee turnover rate, if your wondering why other employees are slow to come around it’s because it’s that bad you may not be working the next day. - management, you will ask for feedback, you will ask for clarification and while they may say you are doing good and you may think you are doing good. That doesn’t translate to job retention.management often says one thing but means another, creating a false sense of progress and job security. And because you are hired through a temp agency and not tri you will be let go and there is nothing you can do about it - because of the high turnover rate it translates to the work culture and you can feel it. You’ll experience many comments such as “are you here to stay” the last person didn’t last long” “I can’t remember how many people actually had this job” “ I don’t know why this position always has someone new “ no it’s nothing about the work load or anything like that it isn’t hard work at all it’s work but not hard.
