Pros

Nice office location. The office is conveniently near a good choice of restaurants for lunch. There is ample free parking and a breakroom area with free coffee and a nice ice machine.

Cons

Office staff feels easily threatened by new employees and immediately try to push you out if they see that you may be successful there. Run! Very hostile work environment! It is a very small company with only five core staff members. Staff is very caddy and backstabbing and cares more about your personal business than about your job responsibilities. Sales training is very poor and good luck meeting with a prospect. All of your sales efforts will benefit the only other sales rep there who has been there 13 years. Be prepared to be used as a lead generator, an office assistant, file clerk, and errand runner instead of a sales professional. Promises of huge income potential are a fantasy. The only one who will make money is the senior rep-off of your hard work. Read, read, and re-read your contract! Terrible company to work for!

Pros

I have worked for TRG Networking for going on 19 years now. Through it all I have seen good and not so good people come and go. That is the nature of this industry. What has always been constant, however, is that ownership and management have always been very focused on two things in particular. 1) Hiring people who fit in and by that I mean who care about the client, who can work well with others, who are not afraid to ask for help , who will roll their sleeves up and dig in especially if things are not going well on a project. 2) Taking care of our clients to the best of our ability and being proactive to keep them productive and safe. TRG still has some of the very first customers which is a real testament to the kind of caring and professional support they have provided over the years. I have enjoyed working her and I have been allowed to grow with as much support as I needed. I would encourage anyone looking for a career in IT where every day is challenging and different, where it seems like family and where you can go as far as your aspirations take you. Welcome to the family!!!

Cons

It is hard to find really good people that have the same dedication to our customers as the team does.
