Pros
PTO - 3 weeks give or take
Cons
Family-owned, male-dominated micromanagement. I wouldn't be surprised if there was some severe pay inequality there. I have seen many temper tantrums during meetings. If you do not conform and have a family life to get to after work, it may be difficult to climb the ladder, and super cliquey. Do not let the gym and free beer fool you -- those are distractions from the gaslighting you may endure. It is really fun when the sales team goes on trips (due to hustle I understand) while you are stuck paying the lavish expenses. I think I heard they dropped $20-$30k on the sales retreat and then laid off half the workforce due to COVID two weeks later. That should just about sum up their culture. Oh yea, then the CEO blocked everyone on social media.
