Senior management has completely lost focus and is primarily interested in their own career aspirations and how theor decisions reflect on them, rather than what is in the best interests of the corporation and the employees. Too much emphasis placed on chain of command. Policy and procedure changes are implemented without input from subject matter experts, resulting in ineffective change with negatuve impacts on staff satisfaction and morale.
