1. Remote work. 2. Good coworkers. 3. Good collaboration and support among coworkers.

1. Horrible clients. 2. Lack contracts with clients that have meaningful work. 3. Too few clients and contracts. Management want experienced engineers to get the company contracts and work from their formal companies they worked at. 4. Very high turnover. Very few people stay at TRC beyond 1 year. Most people leave after 1 year. 5. There is lots of micomanagement. 6. Pressured environment. 7. No training. 8. Low pay. I took a $35k paycut joining TRC because my contract ended with my previous employer.
