Pros

Ability to work from home. That's about it.

Cons

Low salaries, high cost benefits to employee, poor employee treatment from middle and upper management. No diversity. No bonuses. Micro management. Older mostly all female middle management with old 1970's mentality.

Pros

There were a few really wonderful and qualified people who worked at Travizon. However, they are being overloaded with way too many clients and not enough access to standard operating necessities (like a computer that works and a version of Microsoft Office that's somewhat current).

Cons

The salaries are terrible and they expect you to work crazy hours and pretty much be on call 24/7. The benefits are an absolute joke as well. They don't even supply you with pens and basic office supplies. Not sure where they are spending all their money, but it's not on their employees or their technology. If all their clients knew the amount of nasty spam that gets through the companies email server and "spam" blocker they'd think twice before they let them house their data. Scary stuff! The management team is dysfunctional as well.
