Nice place to work - Manager TRAQR Technologies Employee Review

First of all, I would like to highlight that TRAQR is like any other company. Every company has its share of pros and cons. No company can satisfy each and every employee. Every employee is different. It is my 4th year at TRAQR. There have been problems but they have been sorted out. Life has it's ups and down and so does every job. TRAQR is a normal small size company with 60~70 employees. It is not an MNC. Gurgaon has lots of MNC's. Do not confuse between a MNC and small size company. Do not expect MNC treatment. These negative comments here are from employees who are expecting MNC culture and benefits. Go work for an MNC if you want that.

You have to take all the downsides in your stride and make them upsides.

I remember my days at TRAQR and Galleria Towers. Work was good. We were a good team. TRAQR has grown much since I left. I left for my own personal reasons. TRAQR had no role to play in it. TRAQR is a great organisation with a bright future. GPS has been made mandatory by the Govt. so all vehicles will need to install and TRAQR is completely prepared for it. The team is ready to do this. I still have my old colleagues working there and they keep in touch with me. All of them are doing great. TRAQR has shifted to a much larger office after I left. The team is also much larger now. These are all signs of a growing and successful organisation.

There are absolutely no downsides in working with TRAQR.
