I have worked in business for about 15 years and have nothing but great things to say about Trak. I feel valued and have all of the necessary tools to succeed. When it comes to upper management, you will be hard pressed to find better. Their support of individuality, professional development, and inclusive culture make it a pleasure to be a part of such an organization. Being a sales based environment, there will always be challenges but I know there is a process/business plan setup to help drive continued success. With any job or growing business, you have to look at it as a two-way street. Work hard and the results come, nothing good in life is ever handed to you. We are always looking to hire adults that share a drive to succeed and commit to the well being of our amazing company and the lives we impact daily!
