After just 3 months of working there, 50% of the entire staff either quit or got fired.” TRAFFIK cares about every team member and is sorry to see any great team member leave. While the Association of National Advertisers says that the average industry turnover rate is 30%, our 2020 turnover rate including resignations and terminations was only 18%. • “Very uninspired, forgettable work produced there. There was a hierarchical structure in place that positioned the creatives at the very bottom, which is extremely odd for a "creative" agency.” We’re proud of our award-winning, results-driving creative work we create for our clients and the passionate, talented strategic creative team members who continue to drive that success.
