Pros

Trace TV is a great place to build resilience. The employees make the place phenomenal.

Cons

Overall, management is very bad, poor communication, lack of organization, the direction/vision is very poor, priorities change everyday, no set goals, difficult to evolve, no company culture, too many managers are not competent in their fields, managers have bad egos, non-existent valuations, difficulty in building skills, demotivating, very high turnover, too much work that lacks meaning, African employees do the most work but are treated terribly than fellow European Africans, company politics and segregation, salaries are horrendous considering the above points.

Pros

TRACE offers a degree of creative freedom, which can be a major draw for individuals who thrive in an environment that empowers them to express their artistic vision. This flexibility allows you to potentially make a real impact on projects. However, this creative freedom comes with a significant caveat: management issues.

Cons

Upper management fosters a toxic environment riddled with gossip and disrespect for colleagues. This, coupled with their lack of essential skills and poor decision-making, has negatively impacted the company's success. Additionally, TRACE has lost all of its top employees within one year and is now reduced to a handful of overworked and underpaid staff. Working in such an atmosphere is incredibly draining. It breeds frustration, uncertainty, and hinders overall productivity. Do your research and weigh the pros and cons carefully before making a decision.
