Thank you for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed your colleagues and our location. We agree -- we have a wonderful team and Annapolis is a beautiful city (although these days, most folks work remotely!). We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed in our benefits offerings -- we feel that for our size of company, our benefits are quite competitive. For example, we offer: 3 healthcare plan options and we contribute towards the medical premiums for both our employees and their dependents, provide our employees with fully paid disability and life insurance and the option to purchase additional voluntary coverage, offer FSA and HSA options, a 401K plan with matching, annual raises and bonuses, a wellness reimbursement program, 13-14 paid holidays a year, generous PTO (with more awarded based on tenure), paid parental leave, as well as flexible hours and remote work options. We also strive to be transparent -- we regularly solicit staff feedback and ideas, and we publish an annual Form 990 that is publicly available.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We love our location and team too! In response to the cons listed, we pride ourselves on providing employees with a healthy work-life balance. The majority of our team works remotely, and we do not authorize overtime, so we would hope that no one feels overworked. TRACE's President and leadership team do travel a great deal for work, to speak at key international events where they represent TRACE and our member companies and advocate for more robust anti-corruption efforts. It’s not clear why the President’s travel schedule would anger anyone as our whole team is permitted to work remotely and our President is always available even while traveling, but it is true that there are very few opportunities for more junior employees to travel. For local events, we do our best to invite as many employees as possible.
