      Work from home should be available. Transportation facility is missing.

      Pros

      Good company for development as TL is good, supporting, working environment is good. Good for fresher and for experience guys. Good appraisal according to work. Work pressure is low.

      Cons

      Worst environment in Testing team. Lots of politics inside team. Communication gaps between CEO and Employee. Management is not good, Discrimination between employee.

      1. Employee Satisfaction 2. Environment to work is very good 3. Have lot of employee benefits 4. Manager and Senior managers are very helpful and nice 5. One can feel free to work and talk. Have no cilos in between teams. 6. No politics
