Laid back work environment, easy to get along with others, no back stabbing, good place to build experience, friendly management.

Need better processes in place, outdated ERP system, no 401K, no clear path forward for lower level employees.

TR Fastenings invests in training their staff across all levels and positions. Training would take place in America and be backed up by UK personnel. Management were easily accessible. Had the chance to actively take part in the growth of the business unit and made some great business relationships with our distributors.

It could be a challenge getting clients to commit to blanket orders. The other challenge was when ordering stock from overseas you would be given a time frame for stock to be produced and shipped and it would often take much longer than the time frame specified, had to build in buffer weeks to compensate for this.
