Pros

I joined TPx not too long ago. The initial employees I met as trainers were truly very lovely people. But man, this establishment. They treat their employees as after thoughts and have resulted in a lot of worry and self doubt. If you're on calls and customers don't give information like you asked? Management will be passive aggressive towards you. Irish? Well, get ready to feel like it's the period of American exceptionalism, as Americans get better holidays than you and you have to cover their yankee doodle rumps. I seriously do NOT recommend applying here. You'd be better luck running a cash register for a soul destroying retail job.

Cons

My biggest problem and reason for possibly quitting is how it's run. You will not feel valued. You'll feel like a second thought and management will make you feel stupid for things that aren't your fault.

Pros

I'm really enjoying my time at TPx so far. The new leadership team appears to be making smart, strategic moves. It's a place where you need to be self-motivated and proactive, as they genuinely give you the freedom to take ownership and drive your projects—which I truly appreciate.

Cons

None that I see but I heard annual raises are rare but something that the new leadership team is looking into.

Pros

Remote Coworkers are great and always helpful.

Cons

The company has done nothing but raise quota for the sales team to impossible numbers so they do not have to pay out commissions. This is such a disgusting way not to have to pay out commission and deceive staff.
