Though I’ve only been with TPXimpact for a short time, the onboarding experience has been exceptional. From day one, leadership and my superiors went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and well-connected across the wider organisation. They actively structured my experience by: - Setting up key introduction calls to embed me into the team quickly. - Providing consistent support and helpful answers to my questions. - Pointing me toward valuable past engagement case studies and delivery outputs, which made getting up to speed easier. - Helping me actively plug into the internal communities of practice across Tech Strategy and Architecture. The culture here feels supportive, collaborative, and designed to help new joiners find their feet quicker.

I have only been here a short time, so haven't encountered any significant downsides yet. It's a fast-paced digital transformation consulting environment and navigating it comfortably will take a bit of time, but the support seems to be in place already.

I have really enjoyed my time here. The devs work in multidisciplinary teams and tackle interesting and meaningful work. Leadership offers guidance and support while also giving space and autonomy to focus. It's an environment that encourages professional growth and recognises achievements.
