Pros
I have been working in TPS for over 3 years now some pros i found are work life balance, friendly environment, banking sector learning, international tours, monthly events.
Cons
Over my time the thing most disturbed me is the quality of SQA. Off my entire career I have witnessed the worst QA guys here. They are not responsible and always treated above the dev guys by their politics. Comparing test cases of senior managers and the most junior ones, all are the same, no innovation. Managers are non technical so they donot know what are the ground realities. Salary is less than as compared to the market. The company always changes that are in the favor of employees. Appraisals are done on favoritism rather than performance.
