Pros
During my time with the company, everyone was friendly, supportive, and hardworking. Consultants are trusted to get the job done, with help offered when needed rather than micromanagement. The senior team are approachable and open to feedback.
Cons
Not a major downside, but development opportunities are somewhat limited. While you can join internal EDI groups, the focus is mainly on sales, though there’s scope for staff to add value in other ways.
