Update - Program Manager TPGS Employee Review

The pay was great. The commute to work and hours were awesome.

No opportunity to grow within the company.

After working for large companies for over 20 years, I never realized that companies such as TPGS truly existed. There are a lot of companies out there that talk about caring about their employees and treating them like family. I never found that until I started working for TPGS. This company truly values their employees and reward them for a job well done. You are encouraged to share your ideas and management is ALWAYS available to listen to you and help you grow. I have been treated like a member of the TPGS family and always encouraged to share my ideas. They have great benefits, great support and I never felt like a number or just another employee. Pay is great, 401k matching, health insurance and educational expenses. They really encourage continuing education and training . The culture is also great. There are employee lunches, picnics, outings and holiday parties. Everyone is treated like a member of the family. In terms of my resource manager, he has been amazing and is ALWAYS available to assist me with any questions or issues. They take the time to address my issues and resolve them quickly. If you're looking for that "special company," look no further than TPGS.

After being there for 2 years, can't really think of any. It really is a great place to work.
