Pros

Strong exposure to the airline domain; you can learn a lot if you are proactive. Salaries are always paid on time.

Cons

Micro-management is prevalent in several supporting departments, which creates unnecessary pressure. Team Leaders and Product Owners often demonstrate unprofessional behaviour, impacting team morale and overall delivery quality. Frequent ad-hoc development requests disrupt planned work and reduce efficiency. Work–life balance is difficult to maintain due to unrealistic expectations and workload fluctuations. Frequent firings create an environment of uncertainty and insecurity.

- A lot of opportunities to learn airline ticketing domain - Opportunities to work at the core of codebases - Less hierarchy

Cons

- Frequent changes in direction and limited transparency often leave teams unclear on priorities - Processes and expectations shift regularly, which creates confusion and instability - There is more focus on internal politics and blame culture than meaningful work and collaboration. - Too much of Nepotism
