Pros
-lots of structure, very clear what your job is and isn't -most regulars/guests are very nice, but be prepared for nothing to be done about inappropriate guests or verbal abuse
Cons
-tip pool through the service charge is not as generous and management would like you to believe, most members/guests do not tip, pay is lower to average what you would make at most establishments -management disappears for 30-45 minutes at a time with no easy way to get into contact when something goes wrong -horrible POS system, extremely outdated and crashes very regularly -multiple instances of coworkers and management making inappropriate jokes or statements, unsafe and hostile work environment for certain individuals
