What I like about TP1 is how everyone has the intention to push their limits and offer the best experience to the clients. There is a lot of respect and a lot of discussions between everyone. Brainstorming is the key. As a multidisciplinary environment, you are working into team in an open area and you have no choice but to get in touch with everyone. Which is a good thing. As far as you take leadership in your expertise and in your work, you can get any position you want. Partners and managers of this company share good human values, take the time to listen everyone and wishes every single employee to improve with their career. I think this company is a great opportunity to step up.

I think TP1 is still a small company and has a lot to learn but the management team is making a lot of efforts to improve the company and give a good structure to their employees.

Travailler chez TP1, s’est être bien entouré par des pros et accomplir du travail «solide» mais dans une atmosphère très conviviale. Évidemment, être en agence implique un certain niveau de stress mais, pour avoir travaillé dans d’autres boîtes, je peux dire qu’ici il n’y a pas d’excès. Ce n’est pas trop hiérarchique et la direction est en proximité avec ses employés. Le portfolio de clients est intéressant et se diversifie d’année en année, ce qui fait varier les types de projets et permet de toucher un peu à tout. La structure est inspirée du modèle Agile. Le bureau offre quelques avantages à ses employés dont la carte Opus de la Stm! C’est dynamique, les bureaux sont lumineux, les partys sont épiques.

Le bureau est à air ouverte : parfois les écouteurs sont de mise pour favoriser la concentration.
