      No consistency, no communication between line manager and employees. Too many managers and yet the company is very mismanaged.

      Work environment is great. The people are wonderful. The place is clean for a factory style They celebrate when someone has a work anniversary

      Free food is provided in their cafeteria

      Cons

      management, organization, there are so many cons I can't even start to name them. Outside of being completely disconnected from the overall experience of their average worker, they are sycophantic, incompetent, and passively hostile.
