      Great products , Great Family History, Free lunch , Nice people on the inside who are not part of the management team.. half day work day on Friday

      Cons

      low wages, rules and polices change daily good sales employees are not valued , hire your management team with some Orthodontic experience , check back in a year maybe less this place will still be on the outside looking in at the competition

      Pros

      Work environment is great. The people are wonderful. The place is clean for a factory style They celebrate when someone has a work anniversary

      Free food is provided in their cafeteria

      Cons

      management, organization, there are so many cons I can't even start to name them. Outside of being completely disconnected from the overall experience of their average worker, they are sycophantic, incompetent, and passively hostile.
