Programs with competitive basic pay, high non billable incentives, program allowance, or Work From Home/Hybrid setup in TP PH.
Cons
There are still programs offering 15k to 16k basic. Even with rice allowance of 1k, this is not enough. TPPH has to increase its basic pay strategy and other compensation or benefits. Many companies are now offering a min of 22k basic around Taguig or Makati. Only some programs in TP has 21k basic and up. This is a small amount for an economy with intense inflation. 15k to 20k a month will get you nowhere nowadays. Also, salary increase for internally promoted employees is low. Sample, supervisors in other companies are offered 40k to 60k basic pay whereas TP is at 25k entry level for sups.
