Pros

WFH. Love that. Love that we are appreciated as employees. I love the open door policy. I appreciate the care put into the employee appreciation as well. Very considerate to our needs outside work. I wouldn’t want to work any where else.

Cons

No vacation time just earned PTO. They took away half our PTO we could cash in every January. We used to get half of our yearly PTO and earned the rest and they took it away. Now I barely get two hours every paycheck as opposed to being tenured and having this great number of PTO for how many years I’ve been with the company that I now have to earn rather than it be given like years prior. Would appreciate higher pay. Pay isn’t as high even with commission as many many other companies that work the same way.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
