Pros

Teleperformance has always been a great home for me. It’s always been a place to grow and a place that has taught me many things. When I started as an agent in 2002, like most, I was still looking for what I wanted to do in life; this is where my adventure began. I quickly realized that if I worked hard I could move far in this organization. Shortly after becoming an agent, I tried my hand at the receptionist position where my professional skills grew immensely and soon after, I was ready for increased responsibility and became a trainer. My love for people grew during this period and I knew that there was more growth for me to achieve. Not too long after I became a supervisor, I gained mentorship and leadership skills that I use in both my professional and personal life to this day. My next opportunity presented itself to me in January 2005 when I accepted a position as a recruiting specialist. Not only did I find an extremely fulfilling career path but I landed in the position that just fit me as an individual. As a recruiter I had the unique opportunity to become a catalyst for success at Teleperformance. I felt like I was doing a great service by providing employment to quality people who needed a home, but also finding the quality candidates to make the company successful! I was promoted to lead recruiter just six short months later. Back in a management role this position really challenged me and pushed me in a positive direction both on and off work. I was also given the opportunity to be part of the Tiger team which launched the Boise, Idaho and Augusta, Georgia sites. I’ve been lucky to be a part of countless projects throughout the company and, meet and engage with so many positive people during my tenure. Teleperformance is not just a job for me. It has been my home for well over a decade and is part of my family.

Cons

None. I love the company that I work for and what it stands for!

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
