Pros

The people you work alongside are truly outstanding—fellow employees consistently demonstrate collaboration, dedication, and a strong team spirit. However, interactions with some members of upper management can at times be challenging, which can impact overall communication and workplace harmony.

Cons

While there are some genuinely good and supportive managers within the organization, they often lack the authority or influence needed to drive meaningful change. Unfortunately, upper-level management and the current benefits structure can be significant obstacles to making this a truly great place to work. Leadership at the highest levels needs to be more in touch with the day-to-day realities employees face and more committed to creating a positive, supportive work environment.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
