Pros

Relocation package, fully remote, health insurance, nice co-workers, a lot of support and follow-up. Multicultural environment and all-aged groups.

Cons

For TP, IT department is basically non existent, a lot of problems with connections and devices faced by tons of coworkers, no response or very delayed ones. After two weeks there's people who couldn't start working properly because of this yet... TP works with many different companies and projects. - At Dyson, where I am: The job after a while shouldn't look very difficult, but it is very tricky with all the special situations. Some days might be very stressful due to the amount of work, like Mondays or Friday afternoons, because everybody is calling at this point. There was only inbound calls, no emails or chat. The CRM and the training period is absolutely not enough to clarify much of it. The training period is quite short considering the amount of information, before you have to deal with real clients. They monitor everything you do, your screen, audio etc, and for the first month each of your calls are monitored in a very detailed way, they are very picky with a lot of small stuff, like they would discount points for not offering further help at the end of the call or stuff like that. The bonuses are depending on all those evaluations and the customer's feedback, so you are to blame if an angry customer calls, which makes the bonus thing a bit more difficult than it could be. This is a company that is expanding, so the workload should be lower soon because they are taking a lot of people in. The break in 8 hours is 45 minutes in total. 15 minutes a break and half an hour for a meal. You are at home, so, you should just organise yourself

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
