Pros

The only pro I can think of is having a job and some type of income.

Cons

They stress professionalism but this place is everything but that. I work for Pharmacy so that's what I'll be speaking on. The pay is 9.00. After 6months you get a quarter raise and at a year you'll be at a whole 9.50. There are no bonuses/incentives so you are doing a lot of work for very little pay. The supervisors have their favorites and if you are one you will be treated like crap and barely get help when needed. Their favorites are never taking call and are walking around talking doing nothing while we are working hard. The training won't have you prepared for when are out of training and if you need help from a supervisor they get an attitude, don't want to help, or take their time helping. We are dealing with people who need medication, you would think the supervisors would be more considerate. The supervisors are supposed to lead by example but are on the production floor flirting with agents/coworkers and using profanity as if we aren't in a work place. However, there's about two supervisors who are helpful and down to Earth. The whole place is unorganized. I'm currently in search of a better job. If it wasn't for my family and bills I would've quit the first week. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you temporarily need a job to hold you until something else comes along.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
