Pros

If you do not have any other option then you can consider it. Make sure you leave the company soon otherwise you will be in trouble.

Cons

Low Salary, difficult to earn incentives. poor infrastructure. poor food quality I would advice you to bring your own food instead of eating there. They want engineers in their processes but do not want to pay accordingly. Poor increment. Poor medi-claim amount. They are not paying according to the night shift standards. If you are an engineer they do not join this company because once you apply to another company they will think you are worthless because you are working in Teleperformance, So beware that finding a new job in another company with better pay on your own terms will not be possible or very difficult. I have seen individuals in the company working for more than 5 years in the same because they are not able to find any job. My SME has been unable to find a job for the last 3 years because no one considers him a good candidate, each month he says that he will leave the job and all that. They will try to force you to work on public holidays as well.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
