      Good for stability - First Line Manager TP Employee Review

      Pros

      With a bit of patience it's possible to have a good career. Stable workplace, in case of ramping down of single projects the priority is to relocate the agents to other projects.

      Cons

      Direction never wants to increase salaries on a general level. So far the salaries of many agents with a TP apartment as benefit are still under the minimum by law.

In making this evaluation, it is important not to compare salaries in Portugal with salaries in countries with a high cost of living, but with countries with the same cost of living as Portugal.       Pros

      All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

      Cons

      It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
