Pros

I love my job with Teleperformance, and have had nothing but a great experience from the start. They have amazing and supporting leadership, and if you ever need anything or have an issue they are always happy to do what they can to assist. I have learned so much just from the leadership alone. With so many work from home they still have a great employee engagement for everyone. Our engagement team works hard to help everyone feel welcome and engaged with monthly birthday parties. They also work hard with Teleperformance Citizens of the World to give back to families not only within the company, but to so many around the world. The global aspect with Teleperformance is wonderful. To get to work with so many people from around the world. They also help to encourage career growth within the company, and guide you to move up with promotions. I have worked so many jobs and never had the respect, kindness, and support I have with Teleperformance.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
