Pros

You can learn in a short term very quick a lot about Google Ads and it gives a good start of your digital marketing career

Cons

This employer is the worst I've ever had. The lack of organization is evident, and the team leaders lack the necessary skills to hold their positions of authority. They resort to threatening employees with termination as a means of control. Unfortunately, there are no opportunities for advancement within the company. Their primary focus is solely on achieving targets, even if it means adopting unethical practices. The company even denies insurance claims for employees who require hospitalization, which is concerning.I strongly advise against working for this company. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend it to anyone. Knowing what I know now, I would have never accepted a position within such a toxic and negative work environment. Oh and they do not increase your salary. In addition, the company does not appear to prioritize employee development. While they claim to offer education and support for personal growth, the online platform designed for this purpose is faulty and inaccessible, despite attempts to resolve the issue for several months. This lack of attention to employee development appears to be a mere facade, and it seems that the company does not genuinely care about the personal and professional growth of its workers.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
