People leave bad bosses. HR, Recruitment, Training and Quality direction lacks BPO experience in addition to not speaking proper English which made it very difficult for the person in that role to be successful to the point where she feels threatened by others with more experience in the BPO industry. Lacking confidence when starting in a new industry is completely normal and a good leader would naturally look for help amonst the peers as opposed to seeing them as a threat. Terrible experience having to report to a director who was always feeling attached, taking things personal and looking for ways to take credit that was not hers. This is unfortunately a true story.
