Pros

Excellent multicultural atmosphere with opportunities for individual growth and development. They take care of all the necessary requirements, such as documentation, and provide extensive relocation assistance as needed, ensuring that no one is left behind and that everyone is welcomed. In addition, you will be provided with a room in a company apartment in the Lisbon region, with all expenses paid. Furthermore, the company provides a variety of events to help employees maintain a healthy work-life balance. Overall, I believe it is one of the best and most reliable places to work in Lisbon.

Cons

I agree that there may be some delays in receiving support and feedback from the support areas, but this could be avoided if the support areas provided backend support and management teams were given the necessary empowerment and ownership to deal with various topics on behalf of their team members.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
